Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled inspection. An inspection date is not confirmed until payment has been received.

This policy ensures that inspection time is reserved exclusively for the Client and protects RV Guard Inspections from non-payment situations that may arise if a purchase decision changes following the inspection.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled inspection time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled inspection time may be subject to a service charge to cover reserved time and travel expenses.
Inspection Termination Due to Major Findings
If, during the course of the inspection, a significant defect or major system failure is discovered that materially affects the value or purchase decision of the RV, the Inspector will notify the Client immediately.

At the Client’s direction, the inspection may be:
-
Continued to completion; or
-
Terminated at that time.

If the inspection is terminated early at the Client’s request, a partial refund may be issued. The Client will be charged only for time spent on site, travel time (if applicable), and any completed portions of the inspection.
Refund amounts will be determined based on time and work performed at the standard hourly equivalent of the quoted inspection fee.
No Refund After Completed Inspection
Once an inspection has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
